Assistant Manager - Business Development (E-Commerce) Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Generate new leads and conduct cold calling
  • Work closely with the business development team
  • Ensure smooth lead generation and sales processes
  • Coordinate handover of confirmed sales to operations for delivery
  • Identify and target new accounts for lead generation
  • Conduct cold calls to convert leads into meetings (weekly/monthly targets)
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities, calls, meetings, and sales conversions.
  • Use multiple channels (internet, referrals, seminars) to source leads
  • Develop business proposals and presentations with the team
  • Upsell products/services and communicate value to clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 45 years 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field required; a Master’s degree is desirable
  • 3+ years of proven track record in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or relevant roles
  • Possess solid grasp of performance and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners.
  • Communicate effectively with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Work confidently, both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Candidates residing within a 25 km radius will be given preference
