Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations related to assigned international brands.
• Coordinate with overseas brand principals and maintain strong business relationships.
• Develop and execute brand marketing and promotional plans.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, procurement, and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure proper inventory planning and product availability.
• Organize product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Analyze market data and identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Negotiate with suppliers and support commercial discussions when required.
• Ensure brand guidelines and standards are maintained across all channels.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications in Marketing (CIM/SLIM or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product management, marketing, or international brand operations.
• Previous experience handling international or multinational brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and sales management principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
