Assistant Manager – Learning & Development (Hotels & Resorts) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Training & Development programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance.
  • Support succession planning initiatives and talent development strategies.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and workplace culture enhancement programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management review.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, employee evaluations, and development plans.
  • Assist in implementing HR projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Support HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Training & Development and Employee Engagement.
  • Experience in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in HR metrics and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
