Customer Service Coordinator (Contract) Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements and service requests are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Process customer orders, requests, and related documentation accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, purchase orders, reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
  • Provide administrative support to management and departmental teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and service-related activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer service activities and operational performance.
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records within company systems.
  • Monitor customer feedback and communicate service improvement recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure proper document control, record management, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Manage office administration tasks, including maintaining office supplies and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
