Job Duties

• Lead technology transfer activities for new glove products and conduct validation trials to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Ensure material consumption aligns with approved Bills of Materials (BOM) and recipes to support efficient production.
• Monitor product performance and implement improvements when results fall below required specifications.
• Control, optimize, and standardize knitting processes to achieve consistent quality and productivity targets.
• Troubleshoot process and product-related issues to ensure 100% OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.
• Review, update, and maintain product and process specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Production and Quality Assurance teams to minimize rejects, defects, and reworks.
• Evaluate and introduce new materials to achieve cost reductions while maintaining product quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Facilitate process automation initiatives in collaboration with Production and Engineering teams.
• Implement and sustain 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices within the knitting section.
• Mentor team members, encourage innovation, and facilitate knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Male  candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Age below 50 years.
• Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology from a recognized university or institute.
• Fresh graduates with relevant Textile qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in Textile Manufacturing, Technical, R&D, or Knitting Operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and systematic troubleshooting skills.
