Job Role

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, corporate partners, suppliers, and vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate event-related sales leads.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and online promotions.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, event proposals, and sales forecasts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery within budget.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the Marketing & Events team to achieve departmental objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Event Management, Event Coordination, Banquet Sales, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in planning and managing corporate events, weddings, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and online campaign execution.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
