Manager - Payroll & HR Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments.
  • Review and validate attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final payroll reports.
  • Ensure compliance with EPF, ETF, labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance teams regarding payroll reconciliations and reporting.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for management review and audits.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve employee concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee payroll data

Requirements

  • Male / Female Candidate
  • Age below 45 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Payroll and Administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Previous experience in the BPO industry will be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan payroll practices, EPF/ETF regulations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience handling large employee headcounts and payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
