Job Requirements:
Female
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, banquet sales, or event management.
Experience with star-class hotels, premium restaurants, or established event management companies preferred.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through events, collaborations, and venue buyouts.
Strong industry network and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, highly motivated, and comfortable in a performance- and commission-driven role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
