Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
• Expand and manage corporate accounts and long-term partnerships
• Identify new business opportunities within the Sri Lankan corporate sector
• Drive room, banquet, event, and F&B sales growth
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs
• Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and corporate meetings

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in sales, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within Sales & Marketing functions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key corporate accounts
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or Hospitality Management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong network within the Sri Lankan corporate sector
