Trainee Customer Service Coordinator Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
  • Coordinate customer appointments, meetings, and service requests.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist with filing, document management, and record keeping.
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the administration team with daily office tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, requests, and feedback.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.

Job Requirements

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or equivalent.
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience will be an added advantage.
